The Ramset RAM 1000 DC features a continuous-duty, direct-drive motor; this powerful and reliable workhorse handles slide gates up to 45 ft and 3000 lbs. The gate opener features a 24 VDC brushless DC motor. The RAM-1000 is equipped with a gearbox lubricated in an oil bath for smooth and whisper-quiet operation. Another convenience is its foot release pedal, which allows easy manual operation of the gate during a power outage.
