The Ramset RAM-300 swing gate operator is our absolute best selling swing gate opener for both residential and commercial applications for a reason. The RAM 300 is equipped with a powerful 1/2 HP continuous duty motor that is able to handle swing gates up to 800 lbs and 18 ft. This top quality operator had the customer in mind when being designed, with it's Whisper Quiet technology motor keeping it much quieter than other brands operators. The side of the operator case has an easy access door to the Intelligate control panel to make changing settings effortless. With the RAM300 you won't ever have to worry about being trapped inside the gated area during a power outage as it is equipped with a manual foot release pedal, making operating the gate during a power loss easy. This foot release is lockable with a padlock to ensure you'll be the only one able to use the emergency release.
