Setting the code is easy with the 10-position coding switch, allowing up to 1,024 possible codes. Once you set the receiver and transmitter to the same code, pressing the button operates your automatic gate opener. A 12-volt battery powers this transmitter, and it has a molded hole in the casing for attaching it to your keychain. Operating at the 300 MHz frequency, this transmitter is compatible with 300 MHz automatic gate receivers.
