Our RAM 2000 overhead door operator is equipped with a 1/2 horsepower, 220 VAC, 4.5 amp, 50/60 Hz, continuous-duty motor, high-speed ball bearings, and a resettable overload button. The RAM-2000 is built to handle door up to 20 ft and 450 lbs. This overhead door opener also features a heavy-duty worm gear that stays constantly bathed in oil for smooth, whisper-quiet operation. The RAM 2000 has a gold/zinc-plated finish to inhibit corrosion, plus a high-impact-resistant charcoal gray polyethylene cover to help protect it. The system includes a battery backup for power outages and will open the door automatically if power fails completely. It also includes an emergency release for easy manual opening and closing during power outages and emergencies.
