- All order are shipped as soon as possible, and can be shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other carrier we deem fit to deliver your product. The shipping charges include any handling fees applied at checkout. Please not any damages when the package is dropped off with the carrier before they leave.

- Returns & Replacements
- All order are final, no returns. If a part is defective a new part will be issued. It is up to the manufacture to warrant new parts. Discount Fence Supply, Inc is not liable for any losses. Due to the nature of the product ebing electronic, no returns. A return product authorization number (RPN) and must be assigned by a representative at Discount Fence Supply, Inc. All returns are subject to a minimum of 30% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns on control boards or electrical parts. Customer is responsible for shipping back to manufacture.
